1. Stepping Stones
Your Bride maids will thank you for simple cement blocks to stand on instead of stinking into the grass and ruining their heels. Other ideas are wooden blocks and stepping stones are a great opportunity to personalize them to fit your wedding theme or for your wedding party.
2. Soul Mates
Give the guests a heads-up on the outdoor ceremony by providing heel covers for all the ladies when they step into your ceremony venue. There are actually many options and styles so check them out or point your guests in the right direction. Soul Mates is a great company to get these great gadgets from.
3. Protect yourself
Provide some mini insect repellent and sunscreen for your guests if you are in an area where bugs and sun are a plenty. As most times guests will be asked to sit before your procession and you do not want your guests to be uncomfortable. Parasols are also a wonderful addition and make for great photo ops.
Whatever else you decide to serve pre ceremony; water is definitely a must. It is very important to keep your guests hydrated with ice water or a nice cold ice-tea for a hot summer wedding. Or if you are tying the knot in the snow or somewhere with chilled winds then consider having a hot cocoa station for your guests to cozy up and sip while they wait for the "I Do's". You’ll be beaming to see all the happy (and comfortable) faces.
